Now, taking his experience and entrepreneurial skills as a restaurateur he has partnered with a chef from Southern Italy, an artisan pastry chef, a barista and master coffee roaster to create Cucina Classica, a high quality food range of authentic, artisan Italian ready meals, sauces, bakery and coffee products taking South Australia by storm.
